Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
  • The product must be in resellable condition with all seals intact

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless received damaged)
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (if specified)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In some cases, shipping charges may be non-refundable
